About Us
Aokay was the first coater in Taiwan who has been accredited by the American MAGNI GROUP with the MAGNI coating system.
We provide a high-added-value process by increasing the corrosion resistant ability for products in the fastener industries, mostly for bolts, screws, and nuts.
In 2004, for the growing market & product diversities, the second production line has been built.
In 2007, to improve our coating quality and efficiency, the Automatic Coating System (ASC) & the Automatic Spray Painting Machine have been established.
Now, there are 5 ASC & 1 Automatic Spray Painting Machine in total.

Main Product - MAGNI Coating
We mainly supply our products for Automotive & Construction industries.
Our high-performance corrosion resistant coatings are available for various technical standards. We ensure that our coatings apply easily and as intended; we remain at our customers’ side throughout the duration of the product life cycle.

- Upgraded the 3D850 machines (2 Dip Spin Machine & Continuous Baking Oven from former plant.).

- The replacement of Belt-Type Sandblasting Machines with the latest Rail Chain Hoist Type Shot Blasting Machine.
Installed the sewer pipeline directly to the Industrial Area Sewage Treatment Works (IASTW) to process the wastewater properly.
